ABOUT
The pre-comp program is designed to be a bridge between lessons and swim team to help transition swimmers into the swim team. In pre-comp, students will polish all of their 4 strokes, build up endurance to swim longer distances, and learn crucial skills for swim team such as reading the clock, circle swimming, turns, and dives.
Our instructor ratio is 1 instructor per 4 swimmers.
WINTER SCHEDULE
For the winter, pre-competitive practices are held Monday through Friday from 5:00PM to 6:00PM. Swimmers must attend at least two practices a week, but may attend all five if they wish. This schedule will continue through March.
SPRING SCHEDULE
For the spring, pre-competitive practices are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:00PM to 6:00PM. This schedule is from April 1st through June 9th.
SUMMER SCHEDULE
For the summer, the pre-competitive schedule is split into 2 sections. (1) Weekday: practices are held Monday through Thursday from 3:00PM to 4:00PM. (2) Weekend: practices are held on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00AM to 12:00PM. This schedule is from June 17th through August 25th.

TRYOUTS
Tryouts are Monday- Thursday between 4pm – 6pm.
This is what the tryout will entail:
- 1 lap of proficient freestyle
- 1 lap of proficient backstroke
- 1 lap of breaststroke with proficient breaststroke kicks
The final decision is up to the Head Coach as to who may be a good fit for pre-comp. Following a successful evaluation, the Head Coach will give further instructions for signing up or notes for improvement.

PRICING
Winter: $125 per month ALL
Spring: $240 per 2-week session NONRESIDENTS, $200 per 2-week session RESIDENTS
Summer Weekdays: $200 per 2-week session NONRESIDENTS, $160 per 2-week session RESIDENTS
Summer Weekend: $175 per 2-week session NONRESIDENTS, $140 per 2-week session RESIDENTS
